Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Experience in the performance ecosystem, with focus on accelerating customer success, business growth, and driving product adoption.
- Experience with the technical aspects of search and shopping advertising, and working with product teams on scalable business solutions.
- Experience as a specialist with in-depth expertise across Google Ads (e.g., Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and App Campaigns).

Responsibilities
- Own the Agency Search and Performance Max (PMax) book of business, from planning and pitching to reporting.
- Understand client and partner business goals thoroughly and pitch advanced Search and PMax solutions to customers and identify new opportunities to increase their investment efficiently.
- Focus on enhancing adoption, deployment and innovations in an efficient and accelerated manner within agencies.
- Be the performance expert and drive agency plans, pitches, programs that support business growth, advertising plan goals and encompass portfolio and new acquisitions.
- Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short-term and long-term account growth.
