Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
- 5 years of experience in supporting Cloud Technology business.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.

Responsibilities
- Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
- Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
- Translate company-wideObjectives and Key Results(OKR) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the Cloud technology business, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution; use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring, cultural analysis, and promotion of a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
