Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to manage the client relationships in the area.
- Master's degree in HR.
Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
- Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.

Responsibilities
- Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals. Help craft and deliver regional people priorities for the region.
- Translate company-wide OKRs into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution. Use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring, cultural analysis, and promotion of a diverse, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Work on region specific initiatives in service of growth we will experience.
