Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- 5 years of experience directly managing a HR team.
- Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated foundation in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence, with effective communication skills and an understanding on how to communicate large complex change.
- Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.

Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the People Consultant team to deliver excellent support to all clients, in line with the People Experience vision.
- Provide HR support and consultation on complex challenges within Germany, answer employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, internal mobility, etc).
- Overcome challenges and get to the root cause of any issue, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, even those beyond people and organizational boundaries.
- Act as a proactive subject matter expert for clients and internal stakeholders and partners.
- Offer thought leadership regarding People Consultant team (EMEA and globally) organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
