Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
  • 5 years of experience directly managing an HR team.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in global HR operations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in supporting clients in Tech organizations
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
  • Understanding of how to communicate large complex change.

    As a People Consultant Manager, you will lead and support your team, acting as an escalation point and advisor to People Consultants in delivering dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the People Operations (POps) Menu of Services (e.g., performance enablement, organizational development/design, talent development, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions, reorgs). You will also serve as a domain expert for a critical People Experience/POps lines of service or HR subject matter. As a manager, you will set strategic direction for, manage, and ensure success of a region, function, or large organization/team within the People Consultant organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the APAC India People Consultant team to deploy critical and highly visible HR programs, People Operations OKRs and processes for a market or product area via dynamic consultations.
    • Build and influence cross-organizational collaborations, particularly across APAC Business HR, Market HR, and GXO, to ensure that the decisions of other teams are aligned with team/People Experience/POps business goals.
    • Drive operational excellence across teams and facilitate them in enabling/influencing partners on forward-thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better People Experience and in service of multiple businesses/product areas/market strategies. Facilitate connecting the dots across bodies of work.
    • Support and develop teams in acting as key HR advisors, coaches, and strategic partners across all user groups, business areas, and markets.
