Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience interacting with and manipulating data using tools such as SQL, R, or other statistical languages.
- 5 years of experience working with multiple data sources, combining information to generate insights from analyses, and creating reporting solutions for an executive audience (e.g., dashboards, tables, templates, metrics).
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering), or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with SQL, manipulating and analyzing data sets to distill insights from data.
- Experience in R, Python, or other scripting languages.
- Experience collaborating on projects involving multiple teams, managing relationships with clients, and presenting to audiences.

Within People Analytics, the Scaled Insights team builds unified solutions to translate and deliver research, reporting, and insights at scale. This empowers Google's Business Leaders, Managers, People Partners and other key users with simple and integrated access to descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis/insights to better understand their organizations and drive people strategy.

Responsibilities
- Lead multiple analytics projects to design, build, and launch dashboards and other unified scaled people insights solutions which will include requirements gathering, planning, development, implementation, stakeholder management, and on-going support.
- Partner with the People Analytics ecosystem to translate research, program, and people support initiatives via unified data platforms for critical user groups including Google's Leaders, People Partners.
- Analyze data sets to distill insights from the data and connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations using creative, structured, and analytical thinking.
- Design, implement, and maintain diagnostic and predictive models to deliver insights.
- Use data visualization and analytical knowledge to simplify business flows and data narratives.
