Partner Sales Manager, Google Workspace, Public Sector

Stockholm, Sweden

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in driving sales growth within a direct and indirect sales.
  • 6 years of experience in partner sales or channel management, within the technology sector in SaaS.
  • Experience working in a sales role partnering with external c-suite level customers.
  • Experience in working with workspace technology products, cloud solutions, and the partner clients.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
  • Ability to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive partners to build a robust partner sourced sales pipeline, track opportunities, and accurately forecast business in collaboration with partners providing regular reporting to management.
    • Meet and exceed partner-level monthly, quarterly and annual agreed goals for new business and expansion of sales pipeline, as well as operational metrics.
    • leverage the Google Web Server (GWS) strategy and sales plays with partners to develop a healthy new and expansion demand across the assigned region, deliver partner sales enablement including pitching and demoing together with partner engineers.
    • Develop relationships with Google Workspace partner engineers and Google partner engineers ensuring customers receive quality technical guidance and solution delivery from our portfolio.
    • Partner with cloud partner development managers and sales teams to develop joint account plans, identify opportunities, and support the closing of complex agreement.
