Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management in compliance or Finance.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience in Finance or compliance.
- Experience implementing projects in a change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
- Knowledge of news industry or experience in another industry and news interest.

The EMEA News Partnerships team works to transform Google's relationships with the news industry in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. We build relationships that solve users' needs, advance our partners' goals, and further Google's mission. We collaborate across different Product Areas at Google, ensuring a coordinated approach when engaging with our strategic partners, including news associations/trade bodies, to grow our business and theirs, build trust and relationships.
Responsibilities
Support compliance streams, including managing timeline for each Extended News Previews (ENP) negotiation request to ensure all requests are timely managed. Distribute new negotiation requests within the French team, set timetable and monitor deadlines.- Support the Regulatory Program team in collecting, verifying and regularly updating data used for negotiations or compliance purposes.
- Build reports using existing EMEA reporting tools to create visual dashboards and timelines to monitor ENP agreements and prepare updates to meetings with various stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Legal teams to prepare and maintain data required for agreement negotiations. Coordinate efforts for the team to respond to regulatory inquiries and provide information for regular compliance reporting.
- Prepare data to create market studies to analyze new compliance trends and anticipate potential new incoming requests.
