In this role, you will lead a team of Sales Representatives to bring in business growth for Google. You will work with a variety of end-customer advertisers and advertising agencies to deliver the optimal advertising solution for every account. You will oversee customer acquisition strategy for a portion of the US, and work as part of an engaged leadership team focused on the wider Americas region.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Work with the team of sales professionals and managers, Google stakeholders, clients and agencies to deliver solutions that solve client business issues.
- Cultivate relationships with executives through in-person and phone based meetings and other communication channels.
- Build and grow a team of talented acquisition sales professionals and provide leadership, inspiration, guidance and career development.Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship and career development to members of your team.Increase effectiveness and efficiency of the team by helping to identify and impact tactical customers to continuously grow with Google.
- Drive collaboration across internal partner teams and leadership critical to your team's success, building alignment and maximizing the joint impact of teams toward common goals of great customer experience and sustainable business growth.
- Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategy development.
