Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
  • 8 years of experience managing and building teams.
  • 7 years of experience in Network Operations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with security products and technologies, wireless networking, or LAN switching technologies.
  • Experience with network management tools and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent technical leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive network operations strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the network operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date on network designs and technologies. Lead technical discussions and collaborate closely with partner teams on New Product Introductions (NPI) programs to ensure Operations readiness.
  • Improve network efficiency and effectiveness through investing in process and automation.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues. Identify chronic issues and take proactive actions to mitigate the impact.
