Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in roles which engage with external or internal stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- 1 year of experience in strategy consulting, business strategy, marketing, PR/communications, sales, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in tech, media, telco, or a related industry. Understanding of Google's products and the wider technology industry.

As a Marketing Manager Associate, you will support the analysis and execution for key Marketing projects/areas. You will take on broad-reaching and ambiguous questions while working collaboratively and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities
- Work with and support Product Marketing Managersin the priority project/Product Area to establish Marketing's priorities and conduct data-driven business analytics to develop recommendations on strategy and execution plan.
- Execute a strategic marketing initiative for a key priority area.
- Identify and develop key marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
