The EMEA Ads Marketing Acquisitions program focuses on strategies and tactics to acquire, grow, and retain Google Ads customers via regional campaigns and platforms, and across a variety of Google advertising products including Search, Display and YouTube solutions.

As a Marketing Generative AI Specialist, you will be working within the EMEA team responsible for acquiring customers on Google Ads via multiple channels and programs. You will focus on helping the team launch new acquisition and onboarding user journeys powered by AI, leveraging first-party and third-pary Generative AI solutions, helping drive program efficiencies and delivering more personalized and effective user experiences for EMEA Small and Medium Businesses (SMB). You'll work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Marketing Technology, Legal and more.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and measure AI powered experiments across our marketing channels (e.g., paid media, scaled communications, web) to acquire thousands of advertisers each year, creating efficient and effective user journeys to increase customer acquisitions, product adoption, and overall business.
  • Implement Generative AI workflows in our marketing programs (e.g., content supply chain, image generation to localization and predictive, and conversational analytics), to enable better optimization and operational/cost efficiencies.
  • Leverage dashboards on performance vs goals and key performance indicators to monitor the health of the different initiatives and inform decision making for executive leadership.
  • Prepare presentations and communicate findings for the broader organization. Work with global and regional cross-functional teams, local country teams across marketing.
  • Support usage of Generative AI tools and Generative AI growth marketing principles within the wider team to help manage our marketing initiatives.
