Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Experience in HR in two of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, and employee relations.
Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in Japan and APAC.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and driving decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.

Responsibilities
- Work with the relevant teams to ensure delivery for our Human Resources (HR) processes in the country.
- Solve compliance matters and review local policies in the context of the market.
- Work with the compliance team, process ownership team, user support team, and the relevant Center of Excellence (COE) teams on prioritizing and mitigating market related risks.
- Provide local context and advice on key HR related matters.
- Support local labor management councils and engage with external labor bodies.
