Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in HR in two of the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, business consulting, employee engagement, coaching and development, talent management, conflict resolution, talent acquisition, data analysis, or employee relations.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support stakeholder management.
- Experience in talent management, performance initiatives, development programs, change leadership, employee relations, and employment law.
- Expertise in leading and implementing large-scale, global HR projects, including risk management, change management, and business readiness.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a localized HR plan aligned with Google's People Strategy, ensuring consistency and scale across all offices and addressing Mexico's unique needs.
- Serve as a trusted partner and consultant to the Country Manager, site leaders, and internal/external stakeholders on all people-related matters.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and employee relations teams to proactively address potential risks and ensure adherence to Mexican labor laws and regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new HR solutions and services, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Promote Google's values and culture within the Mexican market, acting as an internal and external ambassador for the company.
