Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Hardware Engineering or Test Engineering in manufacturing.
- Experience in driving improvement of test systems and processes to enhance efficiency and manufacturability.
- Experience in developing and integrating manufacturing test hardware using custom electronics, fixturing, and instrumentation.
- Experience in design or test of GPU, blade server, and networking products, with a focus on board and system-level functional tests in manufacturing.
- Experience coding in Python, and Shell scripting, and familiarity with Linux or Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy robust test solutions for cutting-edge products in collaboration with Google's global manufacturing partners, while partnering with the New Product Introduction (NPI) team to define comprehensive test requirements and provide Design for Testing (DFT) expertise to ensure testability and manufacturability.
- Maintain smooth test operations for sustaining products by leveraging extensive manufacturing test knowledge and ensuring timely and accurate deployment of software and hardware changes to manufacturing test systems.
- Lead initiatives to optimize test processes, increase test coverage, and reduce costs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve manufacturing yield issues and field escapes, implementing preventive measures to ensure closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for test processes and procedures to ensure standardized practices with internal and external partners.
