Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
7 years of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- 5 years of experience in Technology, Product Policy, Trust and Safety or related fields.
- Experience in policy/program management, user and merchant experience, business strategy, or related fields.
- Experience/knowledge in data analysis (SQL, Python), complex problem-solving, scaled operations, and efficient execution.
- Knowledge of content moderation, policy enforcement, customer support or policy creation.
- Proven ability to solve complex operational or policy problems, working closely with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Engineering Quality analysts responsible for Ads Traffic Quality team (aka AdSpam).
- Act as a representative for Trust and Safety with cross-functional partners, influencing their decisions and actions.
- Identify and address problems and issues by developing effective programs and processes.
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve escalations that could pose legal, regulatory, or reputational risks.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable projects and deliverables for the team, and guide them towards successful execution.
