Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- 5 years of experience in a leadership role with/without direct reports.
- 5 years of experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting Internet-based applications, web servers, data storage, commerce engines, and Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- 5 years of experience with managing hosted services/SaaS.
- Ability to analyze and trace product behavior back to the responsible code.
- Ability to Interact with customer executives and resolve high-profile escalations and issues, improve the customer experience, and drive initiatives that increase the customer success on product suite.

Responsibilities
- Develop the idea, goals, priorities, and work alongside the team to accomplish them, ensure high-quality customer service, enhance the operations, and develop the team's technical skills and instrumentation on an ongoing basis.
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to advocate for customers with a data-driven approach. Break down customer issues into meaningful areas for innovation in the overall product, recognize trends in customer feedback, and escalate product problems and operational issues within Google.
- Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources).
- Define/manage a program portfolio solving problems that focus on high business impact for the organization and product area.
