Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in solution engineering or architecture and 5 years of experience in stakeholder management, professional services, or technical consulting.
- 5 years of experience managing a technical team in a customer-facing role.
- 3 years of experience writing code in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Experience working with ad tech products and the online advertising industry.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related technical field.
- Experience in systems design or coding in a general purpose programming language and working with web technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP).
- Effective project management, people and leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven proposals.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Technical Solutions Consultants who provide consultative services and technical solutions to advertising customers across Search Ads 360, measurement, and shopping products.
- Act as primary point of contact for product and Revenue Activation teams within the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) organization to manage and communicate processes and metrics that enable business strategy.
- Deliver the strategic vision for the organization, work with Sales teams, product leads, and cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with customer needs and coordinated execution for key priorities.
- Develop new services offerings for the team as aligned with organizational goals of product and service activation organizations.
- Drive scalability of technical solutions and execute towards the maximum value of our technical services to all customers.
