Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with system design.
- 5 years of experience with managing technical work, driving engineering strategy and roadmap, and managing and developing a team.
- 3 years of experience with organizational design.
- 8 years of experience in analyzing and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- 5 years of experience with leadership development and employee career growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers and ensure timely delivery of silicon designs using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop, deploy, maintain, and support Google Cloud infrastructure optimizing Silicon design flows.
- Automate tasks wherever possible.
- Plan projects including human resources, physical resources, and schedules to meet project milestones.
- Guide, mentor, and coach other team members.
