Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
  • 2 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Science.
  • Experience building persuasive/data-driven business cases, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of Google's ad solutions and value proposition in the market with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
  • Ability to influence counterparts in Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and influence and drive results without official authority.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of individuals, set and communicate individual and team priorities that support organizational goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, and provide feedback and coaching.
    • Identify business requirements to grow within the market and influence product development.
    • Advocate for your team's successes and impact among stakeholders and support them through inevitable challenges, negotiate and de-escalate when issues or roadblocks arise.
