Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in sales or customer enablement, or related learning role.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience launching programs including in person or virtual events, and organizing training programs or creating training content.
- 7 years of experience in learning development or advanced equivalent degree.
- Experience with project management and strategic planning.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, Google's learning & development ecosystem and/or domain knowledge.
- Familiarity with the Ads sales business and experience working with various related stakeholder groups.
- Expertise in creating and designing learning programs for a sales audience.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills with global know-how and flexibility to effectively work across different time zones and cultures.

About the job
In this role, you will use data and design thinking to drive business results through designing and building processes, tools, and templates to support learning designers in creating multimodal learning experiences. You will represent learners and learning design needs to stakeholders and design, propose, and secure buy-in for inclusive, scaled learning processes. You will work with vendors and cross-functional teams as needed to execute on goals.
You will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the Mastery team and the Global Business Organization, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align business priorities and design requirement, and ultimately, crafting processes and tools that support the development of learning experiences.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Influence teams and stakeholders to align learning design resources and direction.
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and develop programs that align with business objectives and product requirements while addressing the needs of a diverse audiences.
- Guide the integration of multiple collaborations so that curriculum development and instruction design align with Mastery's standards and Google's business objectives.
- Provide sound instructional design guidance while balancing business and learner needs.
- Drive the identification, assessment, and development of competencies through needs analysis, stakeholder and project management, learning design and learning experience development.
