Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in advertising sales, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies.
  • Experience in business analytical role or projects in digital products fields.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in a sales or client-engagement capacity.
  • Experience working overseas or knowledge of one or more international markets/regions.
  • Experience developing insight-driven narrative applied in mobile, digital and offline mediums into actionable business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising.
  • Ability to take initiative and work well in ambiguity, with excellent entrepreneurial skills and goal oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, project management, presentation, and organizational skills and ability to tell stories with data.

The International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor and partner to our customers. From strategic planning support, identifying the right aimed markets, to setting them up for success within their non-domestic footprint, you'll provide insights and direct support, helping them reach and exceed their international goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth and scale for an assigned portfolio.
  • Understand our customers objectives, and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export sales recommendations and educating them on wider export-related topics and opportunities.
  • Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting clients understanding of global markets.
  • Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in the network by sharing knowledge about the assigned market.
  • Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
