Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain or Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain operations and data analytics.
  • 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in gathering requirements and working across supply chain planning and logistics teams.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
  • Experience with business intelligence solutions for data analysis, visualization, wireframes and supply chain planning KPIs.
  • Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
  • Experience with integrated planning solutions and S&OP cycle management.
  • Knowledge of ERP.

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze forecast/demand signals to drive integration and improve visibility/accuracy of data.
  • Provide integrated plans, labor capacity models, and lead cross-functional alignment to keep projects on schedule.
  • Provide cross-functional program management and proactive analysis ensuring sites are ready to support demand fluctuations, urgent customer needs, etc.
  • Leverage best practices and various approaches of data visualization and consolidation across systems to improve operational efficiency and supply chain visibility.
  • Support program planning requests for the deployment of new products, maintenance activities, decommissions, returns, and other critical business requirements for sites.
