Minimum qualifications:
- Enrolled in a 1-year Master 2 degree in Human Resource or closely related area for the 2025/2026 academic year.
- Admitted in the curriculum of a CFA (centre formation d'apprentis) and university or school.
- Ability to commit to a 12-month apprenticeship.
- Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to work with English and French speaking colleagues/clients.
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources, Consulting, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Experience in project management or organizing events.

Responsibilities
- Provide general support to the People Consultants and People Partnersin the operations organization. Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects or events.
- Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.
- Provide insightful data, develop and deliver documentation related to local employee relations, and collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.
- Partner with Googlers to organize events locally.
- Learn and master Google's internal systems and run various reports as needed.
