The Strategy and Product Acceleration team provides unified specialist support across all advertising buying doors and products for LCS Canada. We incubate, accelerate, and scale market-defining strategies for customers, creating sustained long-term value for Google and Canada in the process.

In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with vertical sales management and go-to-market teams to bring new offerings to market, drive business, key product metrics, and influence our future video product and measurement roadmap.

You showcase your unique market perspective and skill set in both internal and external settings, and by fostering industry-leading specialist skills within your team. You dig into the details and meet the needs of today, while anticipating placing the right bets on the winning strategy of tomorrow.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a teamof high performing Video Enablement Leads to outcomes that drive growth for our customers, Google, and your team.
  • Build short (quarterly) and long-term (multi-year) plans cross-functionally that allowour sales teams to succeed in delivering maximum measurable value for customers and Google.
  • Represent Google and YouTube's ability to meet the needs of all marketers looking to build strong businesses with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attract, develop, and retain great talent in all roles across the team.
