Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
- 3 years of experience in people management/leadership.
- 11 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
- 6 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.

As the Head of Technical Solutions and Insights (TSI) Analytics, you will lead our data science team dedicated to supporting gUP-wide multi-year technical solution initiatives by co-owning delivery of all phases of user success initiatives: opportunity sizing, recommendations generation, implementation, and success measurement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a high impact and highly skilled Data Science team to deliver reporting, advanced analytics, and strategic insights that drive business impact.
- Partner across gUP Engineering and PPE teams to deliver gUP/CE technology roadmap by helping identify opportunities, design and launch experiments, assess outcomes, build scaled insights reporting, andinform future investment decisions.
- Help the team translate ambiguous business goals into effective analysis plans in collaboration with other Analytics subteams (Product analytics, Consumer Support analytics).
- Oversee analytical work, advise on methodologies, influence executive decisions, and help set the direction and priorities of the overall team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where people grow and learn.
