About the job

As the Head of Technical Solutions and Insights (TSI) Analytics, you will lead our data science team dedicated to supporting gUP-wide multi-year technical solution initiatives by co-owning delivery of all phases of user success initiatives: opportunity sizing, recommendations generation, implementation, and success measurement.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$314,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead a high impact and highly skilled Data Science team to deliver reporting, advanced analytics, and strategic insights that drive business impact.
  
• Partner across gUP Engineering and PPE teams to deliver gUP/CE technology roadmap by helping identify opportunities, design and launch experiments, assess outcomes, build scaled insights reporting, andinform future investment decisions.
  
• Help the team translate ambiguous business goals into effective analysis plans in collaboration with other Analytics subteams (Product analytics, Consumer Support analytics).
  
• Oversee analytical work, advise on methodologies, influence executive decisions, and help set the direction and priorities of the overall team.
  
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture where people grow and learn.
