Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in sales, with experience in government affairs or working with government clients.
  • 4 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
  • Ability to communicate in Korean and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience promoting devices or software in the education field, or in public sector sales, technology sales, and education technology.
  • Experience working with institutions of government, including regulatory commissions, local, state, and federal agencies, and international policy making agencies.

In this role, you will focus on gaining alignment across national and local government agencies around our technologies to effectively transform education. You will play a key leadership role and be a thought leader and execution partner for our Korea Education Sales and Community management team and help accelerate the business.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategic ideas of engaging with customers throughout the government engagement and digital transformation plan and activities. Measure and monitor utilization of Google solution for the key accounts.
  • Manage execution of digital transformation related programs and promotions. Owning external communications with customers and partners and internal communication with key stakeholders.
  • Identify, structure, and lead programs to engage with key stakeholders in ministries and boards of education.
  • Develop research programs jointly with leading experts in the education field. Engage with key industry bodies in the education technology space and manage complex client relationships.
  • Participate in internal/external events, and actively drive social engagement on key issues, support executive engagement and participation in events.
