Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- 5 years of experience in people management or a sales leadership role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese fluently to support the client management in this region.
- 15 years of experience in sales.
- Experience managing C-level customers and driving sales through relationships in Hong Kong market.
- Experience managing and inspiring performing Sales teams.
- Ability to solve problems and operate in ambiguity, including the ability to propose and sell creative solutions across a diverse range of decision makers internally.
- Ability to thrive in an environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking skills.

This scalable sales team is managing businesses big and small across a very diverse portfolio, including both B2B and B2C business models as well as agencies with a variety of product categories. You will need to be a leader for both business management, sales management and people management.

Responsibilities
- Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client / agency-facing and performing Googlers. Build a team structure, recognize leadership potential and support career development through within the team.
- Manage and strength executive level relations through C-level meetings and speaking engagement, Deliver business growth, engagement and client satisfaction targets for a portfolio of GCS managed agencies in Hong Kong.
- Provide coaching on engaging with stakeholders in GCS clients and agencies.
- Assess the needs of our customers/agencies and gather user feedback to improve upon existing solutions. Design and iterate workflows and operational plans for ideas.
- Execute projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research and development. Work with cross-functional teams to align on the global GCS Sales priorities.
