Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g.,Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a technical environment related to hardware systems, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading hardware validation efforts.
- Experience in design validation for hardware systems, including developing and executing test plans.
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive validation test plans for Project Starline systems, focusing on functional performance, thermal/power efficiency, and long-term reliability.
- Design and implement scalable validation test infrastructure, including hardware fixtures, software frameworks, and automation tools to ensure seamless testing processes.
- Analyze validation data to identify root causes of issues, and propose actionable improvements for product design and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to review test plans, analyze data, and enhance validation strategies.
- Mentor and guide system validation engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence across the team.
