Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and problem-solving approaches.
- Experience with one or more types of semiconductor fabrication equipment (e.g.,deposition, etch, photolithography, etc.).
- Equipment experience in the semiconductor, fabrication or research laboratory industries.
- Experience working in a clean room environment.
- Experience in research solutions, reference technical manuals, and utilize online resources for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Experience with equipment data analysis and tools like spreadsheet, Google Sheets or similar.

In the R&D lab, you design test equipment for prototypes of our machinery and develop the protocols used to scale these tests for the entire global team. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,500-$100,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on fabrication equipment to maximize up-time and ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, diagnosing and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
- Install, repair, and upgrade fabrication equipment adhering to established procedures and best practices.
- Maintain preventive maintenance records and complete detailed work documentation to ensure traceability and knowledge transfer.
- Follow all clean room protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and contamination free work environment.
