Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in building and verifying electromechanical assemblies according to documented procedures
- Experience with Electrostatic-sensitive devices (ESD) sensitive electronics, materials, and components.
- Experience with soldering tools and safety protocols
- Experience with mechanical tools and units of measurement.
- Experience with professional standards in a research laboratory
- Associate or higher degree in engineering, technology, or related fields
- Experience with electronics test equipment, such as vector network analyzers, variable power supplies, and multimeters
- Knowledge with basic electrical units of measurement for voltage, current, and resistance

The Hardware Testing Engineering team ensures that this cutting-edge equipment is reliable. In the R&D lab, you design test equipment for prototypes of our machinery and develop the protocols used to scale these tests for the entire global team. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $81,000-$119,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic, wiring, cryogenic, and networking components of quantum computing systems
- Route and connect cables for multiple system configurations
- Insert filters and attenuators per wiring diagrams
- Assemble and configure electronics devices
- Electrically test signal paths
