Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently in order to work with Japan based businesses and clients.
- Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
- Understanding of Media landscape and knowledge of Google's advertising solutions or similar digital advertising campaigns and platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate a data-driven approach when proposing solutions, providing actionable insights to customers.

Responsibilities
- Understand client contexts and provide the best solutions to achieve their Customer Business Objectives by utilizing all existing resources in and outside of the team.
- Lead and action plans to identify, standardize, and centralize activities related to sales support.
- Be the subject matter experts for Google Ads Performance Product usage for any situation. Provide high and unique values through Product Performance Solutions.
- Deliver excellent performance, develop digital marketing expertise for the team.
- Identify process improvement areas and solutions. Share and encourage best practices across both Large Customer Sales teams.
