Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a mobile, apps and digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
- 2 years of experience in the app marketing industry.
- Experience in the gaming, mobile apps, or digital industry, with a strong understanding of the app developer ecosystem.
- Experience managing digital marketing, advertising campaigns, with building relationships with customers or agencies in the apps market and ecosystem.
- Experience in solution-promoting skills.
- Understanding the clients goals, identifying opportunities, and providing customized solutions to drive client success.

As an AppDev Growth Manager, you will engage with mobile-first businesses, exceed growth goals, and drive change to accelerate Google's position in the fast-growing and strategic business of app install.
In this role, you will be part of a team dedicated to helping mobile application developers grow businesses using Google products and services. You will take ownership of the App install business in the assigned market from setting strategy and driving execution to reach the market growth goals. You will work with new and existing customers to help grow their business by providing solutions and insights to drive app discovery and engagement.
