Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Experience in consulting, partnerships, business development, sales, or marketing.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in mobile apps, gaming companies, or advertising sales.
- Experience in achieving goals.
- Understanding of the app developer ecosystem.
- Ability to be organized, responsible, and grow in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present comprehensive advertising solutions.
- Interest in data-driven business generation and overall business beyond advertising.

The Same Store Growth team focuses on growing the app developers who lead each market in Entertainment (Gaming, Comics, Streaming etc.), start-up companies, and more through Google App Campaign and other Google properties.

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and ensure clients achieve their advertising goals. Manage the pipeline effectively and develop a strategy for sustained success.
- Form cross-functional relationships with entire Google Customer Solutions (GCS), Large Customer Sales, Google Play, and other stakeholders in order to realize advertiser goals.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within the client portfolio. Address client concerns and measure campaign performance to enhance results and deliver business growth.
- Contribute to the development of Google's comprehensive suite of app products.
