Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management, consulting, co-founder, or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
- 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.
- Experience building video editing and mobile products.
- Experience building consumer products across complex projects, and by leveraging efforts of multiple teams.
- Experience building a standalone app from the ground up, understanding key metrics and tactics that track and inform product market fit.

Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction and roadmap for the YouTubeCreate product. Execute against that strategy to successfully drive video creation for YouTube.
- Establish and lead a cross-functional team of Engineers/Design/Product Managers, with a disciplined product development process, driving roadmap prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Influence and partner across YouTubePartner teams including Shorts, Creator, ACE as well as partner across Google to define the future of creation and leverage partner team capabilities.
- Grow and develop a high-performing product team by attracting, growing, and retaining the talent.
