Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Data Privacy, Computer Science, Law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in a compliance or data access related role conducting risk assessments and building mitigation plans.
  • Experience with enterprise business cycles in a cloud technology environment.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with data access control tools and technologies for secure contract management such as access management platforms, data masking tools, or security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborartively as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify potential risks, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.

About the job

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Commercial Office is a thought partner for the GTM President and Regional leadership team, responsible for developing and executing on strategic agreements and customer relationships and works to provide a positive experience for customers and employees. You will be responsible for streamlining the entire agreements process, identifying new challenges and opportunities in the system, gathering feedback from the field and market, and improving the ability to execute agreements efficiently, improving both the field team and customer experience.

In this role, you will play a role in ensuring our company adheres to all relevant access and data privacy requirements and maintains the highest standards of data security. You will require strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure compliance with all established policies and rules.
  • Investigate, resolve and maintain data access requests and activities, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of data access control tools and technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze data access patterns to identify potential risks and anomalies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures related to data access, privacy, and security. This includes creating and updating data access policies, procedures, and guidelines.
