Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in cloud organizations or enterprise technology companies, including GTM Strategy, Strategy and Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting or similar fields.
  • Experience developing insights, business strategies, or recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Experience with business strategies or partnering with business functions.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in business strategy, business development and translating customer needs into solutions.
  • Experience with Google Cloud AI and Data Analytics products and services and the broader Google Cloud product and services portfolio.

    As a Data AI Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader at Google Cloud, you will build, lead, and develop a team of go-to-market specialists and sales specialists, bringing your experience and thought leadership to help create a direction and set a go-to-market strategy for EMEA.

    Responsibilities

    • Define and implement GTM strategies that accelerate pipeline creation, enhance pipeline velocity, and eliminate business friction through innovative, scalable programs tailored for Google Cloud's AI and Data Analytics family of products and solutions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify scaled market opportunities and curate data analytics and AI solutions that address broad customer pain points and drive business outcomes aligned with Google's strategy and competitive differentiation.
    • Lead field and customer activities including business support, partner and services alignment, speaking at events to scale support.
    • Manage a specialist team of sellers who engage in specific, strategic account engagements to win and expand AI/Data Analyticsworkloads in key accounts.
    • Play a key role in ongoing planning for field campaigns' timing and alignment and promoting for Google Cloud Portfolio to optimize pipeline generation, opportunity progression and negotiating.
