Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS), Productivity, or Collaboration technology solutions to clients.
- Experience engaging with public sector clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Experience working cross-functionally, including account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal, to inventory software estate, build business cases for transformation and implementation plans, and close business agreements.
- Experience prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activity within business cycles.
- Experience engaging public sector clients in Taiwan and Hong Kong market.
- Knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions in Cloud and Productivity and Collaboration.
- Understanding of Google Workspace products.
- Ability to communicate in Cantonese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of Google Workspace and business strategy to develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in your assigned market. You will work both individually, and with the broader Sales team and partner ecosystem to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new Google Workspace opportunities. You will build an excellent pipeline and work with the Account teams to build out the customer solution. In this role, you will work with executive stakeholders across various functional teams and verticals.

Responsibilities
- Work towards assigned business and pipeline goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience.
- Develop new relationships and expand existing accounts. Prospect, qualify, develop, and close business opportunities.
- Work with the Google Account teams and partner ecosystem on a territory strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities for Google Workspace to maximize business results in the territory, and develop opportunities with enterprise customers.
- Explore and understand customer requirements on a business and technical level.
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, influence direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
