Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in partner management, business development, strategy development, or alliances within the technology industry, with a focus on GSIs.
- Experience building and managing GSI partnerships.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to facilitate interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within Latin America as required.
- Experience in driving the creation and development of COEs within partner organizations.
- Understanding of the GSI landscape in Latin America, including key players, organizational structures, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work in matrixed organizations with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese fluently to facilitate interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Google Cloud is seeking an experienced and driven Global System Integrators (GSI) Practice Lead to guide our collaboration with GSIs across Latin America. This is a pivotal role that will shape how Google Cloud engages with GSIs to drive customer success and accelerate cloud adoption in the region. You will be a key player in building and nurturing strategic relationships, developing best practices, and executing impactful go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement best practices for GSI engagement across Latin America, ensuring alignment with Google Cloud's global strategy while adapting to regional nuances.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs to continue to equip GSIs.
- Represent Google Cloud in executive forums and industry events to promote GSI partnerships.
- Create joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with GSIs.
- Promote and lead the establishment of Google Cloud Centers of Excellence (COEs) within key GSIs across Latin America.
