Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in advertising, go-to-market, marketing technology, management consulting, strategy and operations, partner management or product management roles.
  • 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience using data to inform decision-making with excellent investigative skills.
  • Knowledge of the multi-platform gaming landscape and emerging trends.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive results in a compound environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire technical and non-technical audiences.

    In this role, you will collaborate with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships to build a growing developer ecosystem.     The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead strategic developer go-to-market (GTM) initiatives to enhance gaming developer success beyond mobile (e.g., PC), influence feature design, and launch with product managers, UX, and engineering.
    • Advocate the needs of game developers,particularly multiplatform developers throughout the product roadmap.
    • Prioritize developer needs based on data-driven business cases and direct feedback, and communicate insights to Product Management, UX, and Engineering.
    • Orchestrate global go-to-market strategies for developer-focused products and features, including crafting launch plans, training resources, and support materials for the play partnerships team.
    • Quantify the impact of developer-centric initiatives with the Strategy and Operations team by tracking metrics like satisfaction and business growth, and refine strategies with data and demonstrate ecosystem value.
