Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with product or technical management.
  • Experience with SQL, technical agreements, contracting, and pricing systems.
  • Knowledge of leveraging the power of data and analytics for decision making and providing solutions.
  • Ability to translate and articulate business issues into easily understood solutions and functional requirements.

    The Go-To-Market (GTM) organization, provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives. In this role you will ensure alignment of company priorities with daily operations, and will also help evolve future growth initiatives.

    The Global Sales Activation team (GSA) is responsible for improving sales efficiency and effectiveness by building tools for users. The team partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and GTM teams to deliver a positive user experience. As a Global Product Manager, you will lead a team of Global Product Leads that provide scaled tooling support for the Google advertising sales organization.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Oversee a team of Global Product Leads to deliver unified tool experience to users.
    • Devise the long-term idea and influence the Product Management/Engineering partners.
    • Identify and invest in strategic partnerships to gain holistic understanding of the Ads industry and Google sales strategy.
    • Drive change management initiatives to identify growth opportunities, improve organizational effectiveness, process improvement, operational efficiency, and culture change.
    • Manage and oversee the implementation of technical solutions, evaluate infrastructure challenges, and identify opportunities to improve system design.
