Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in commodity management, agreement facilitation, supplier development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- 3 years of experience in people management.
- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in Anaplan or SAP.
- Experience in data extraction using SQL or other scripting languages.
- Experience with office productivity applications and aptitude for learning new systems.
- Experience in process design/re-engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization and communicate effectively at all levels.

The Global Vendor Operations organization oversees vendor operations for all of YouTube. These vendors provide support to all YouTube users viewers, paid users and subscribers, and creators, artists and media companies globally, across all YouTube products. The Workforce Solutions team oversees forecasting, invoice management, and driving quality and efficiency throughout our YouTube vendor network.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the process and applications for YouTube Global Vendor Operations invoice management to support our outsourced vendors.
- Manage a team of analysts that open, close and adjust bulk purchase orders based on cost / vendor manager guidance throughout the year.
- Oversee the invoice process that is executed by our invoice vendor partner to deliver process excellence focused on efficiency, quality, controls, and compliance with local regulations.
- Partners with stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to improve financial processes, perform effective and escalation management, and effectively balance business and technical risks.
- Collaborate with the Responsible Optimization and Investing (ROI), Risk Compliance and Governance (RCG) and Vendor Management organizations to ensure a standard of execution for operational activities. This includes Service Level Agreements, adherence to documented processes, and quality of results.
