Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in technical sourcing and supply chain management.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience with supplier management in the compute, storage, networking or data center infrastructure space.
- Experience managing CM partners for Networking optics, PCBA, and systems including cost models.
- Experience with new product development environments (schedule, cost, urgency, etc)
- Experience working for a global contract manufacturer, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), or hyperscale company
- Excellent investigative skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$230,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Managie global teams and global agreement manufacturers (CM/JDM), working with technical engineering teams and commercial leadership teams to deliver new products with high quality, on-time, and at engaged costs.
- Led strategy development across machine learning, compute/storage, networking, consumer devices or similar space and have managed suppliers in New Product Introduction (NPI) and sustaining environments.
- Lead new business selection decisions and negotiating statements of work with suppliers.
- Develop category sourcing strategies across product verticals and define cost drivers, cost models and establish cost analysis.
- Understand the technical roadmap and industry trends that impact long-term needs with suppliers relationships and performance in alignment with technology, cost, quality, and delivery drivers.
