Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
- Experience in semiconductor or passive categories as a commodity manager
- Experience in negotiating agreements and supplier development.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in sourcing semiconductor or passive components.
- Managing capacitors, Inductors and magnetic technologies.
- Experience working with NPI and Contract Manufacturers.

Responsibilities
- Develop long-term sourcing strategies for semiconductors and passive commodities. Develop and manage master purchase agreements with suppliers.
- Lead the supplier operational team to achieve optimal manufacturing lead time and efficient supply chain. Define manufacturing key stages, bottle-necks, and develop/monitor metrics for capacity model analysis.
- Manage suppliers for design capability, technology alignment, cost, quality, and delivery.
- Interface with Engineering for early engagement.
- Organize supplier audits for the process readiness and quality.
