Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory experience or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to launch go-to-market strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
  • Knowledge of GBO and its sales channels and teams (e.g., LCS, GCS, rGTM, GST, etc.).
  • Ability to understand and articulate ideas to executive teams, while maintaining attention to details.

    The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward.     The Activation and Business Operations team works to drive coordinated product and commercial decisions across the Ads ecosystem. In this role, you will drive global go-to-market (GTM) effectiveness by measurable processes across sales organizations. As a Global Activation Lead, you will be responsible for driving global simplicity and efficacy through evolving internal organizations and external markets.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead time-sensitive strategic projects for GTM by understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations.
    • Work cross-functionally with regional GTM teams, GPS leads, People Operations, Sales Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams to scope, manage, and execute strategic projects.
    • Negotiate global standardization of sales strategy and operations initiatives, and generate proposals for global leadership review.
    • Derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data analysis, communicate key findings to senior leadership with executive presentations, and program managing efforts on behalf of stakeholders.
