Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company.
- Experience developing Cloud or IT solutions.
- Experience building account planning.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently as it is a customer-facing role.
- 10 years of experience in field sales in the technology industry, working with large enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Experience collaborating with partners.
- Ability to balance engaged priorities and manage several time-sensitive projects with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads and business opportunities. Plan and implement the channel promotion program.
- Qualify and assist customers in identifying use cases suitable for Google Cloud deployment, articulate key differentiators and typical customer buying journeys, and generally display a passion for computer science and Cloud.
- Manage multiple opportunities through the entire business cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all business/adoption-related activities, including the development of strategic agreements.
- Represent Google at trade shows and industry events.
