Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g.,travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, lead briefings documents and follow-up actions for meetings with internal or external stakeholders, etc).
Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience working in direct executive support.
  • Experience in calendar management over international time zones, complex and high volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient in budgeting of events.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects separately.

    • Manage all of the administrative tasks (e.g calendar management, travel scheduling, Executive expense management, event and budget management).
    • Lead the administrative business partner team across various regions.
    • Establish trustand partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization. Make decisions in complex, ambiguous or time sensitive situations.
    • Identify and understand business and their needs for various processes or operational improvements.
    • Maintain confidentiality andexhibit the highest standards to executives and in internal systems and policies.
