Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
  • 8 years of experience working in direct executive support.
  • Experience in effective calendar management over international timezones, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and efficient budgeting of events.
  • Experience in handling multiple urgent priorities independently. Experience in project management to further support the organization or office site that you manage.
  • Ability to navigate an environment, and effectively collaborate and communicate across a diverse range of people and job functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, Executive expense management, event and budget management, etc.)
  • Demonstrate leadership and serves as a role model for other Administrative Business Partners throughout the region.
  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and senior executives of the organization you are supporting. Use your judgment and discretion to make decisions especially in ambiguous, or time sensitive situations.
  • Identify process or operational improvements to allow the business to run more efficiently.
  • Exhibit highest standards to maintaining confidentiality. Seen as a deep expert of internal systems and policies.
