Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
- Experience with air emissions related regulations, emission inventory calculations, record keeping and documentation expectations.
- Experience in environmental program management and/or environmental management systems & platforms.
- Experience working with datasets and building dashboards (data visualization).
- Knowledge of data center operations, facilities management, engineering or construction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross functional teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead assessment and establishment of scope 1 emissions data quality baseline for data centers through comparison of fuel usage and generator runtime data tracked in automated and manual tools.
- Develop cross-functional task channel for each data center to identify root cause and opportunities for improvement within existing tools and processes accounting for discrepancies identified in baseline studies.
- Develop multi-year site and region level scope 1 emissions data improvement plans to an agreed metric between teams.
- Collect scope 1 data and periodic reconciliation programs to prepare annual reporting and local regulatory requirements.
- Initiate and execute long-term plans for automation, tools upgrade and new technology insertion for process efficiency and scalability with stakeholder collaboration.
