Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience with people management in a technical environment.
- Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer.
- Experience with large-scale system design.

Responsibilities
- Grow a new team, onboarding Cloud Key Management Service and other critical Google Cloud Platform products.
- Manage, mentor, and grow reports.
- Collaborate with peer managers inSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Development to ensure a collaborative atmosphere across teams.
- Define the technical strategy and make technical contributions (e.g., write CLs) where needed.
- Be on-call for services.
